ODINT operates an AI-powered dark web monitoring program that identifies CSAM distribution networks, catalogs operator infrastructure, and generates actionable intelligence reports for law enforcement agencies and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
Our system crawls Tor hidden services using context-aware analysis to detect, flag, and report sites hosting or distributing child sexual abuse material. All findings are reported through official channels. No CSAM content is stored, viewed, or redistributed by ODINT at any point in the process.
