Mission statement

ODINT conducts OSINT-ONLY security audits of government digital infrastructure for the purpose of transparency, accountability, and public record.

This is not hacking. This is not exploitation. This is documentation.

We are the "Wayback Machine" for government security posture, with the defiance of "The Pirate Bay" and the transparency mission of "WikiLeaks" - systematically documenting what is publicly accessible, exposed, or misconfigured so that:

  1. Citizens know what data their governments are exposing
  2. Journalists have evidence for accountability reporting
  3. Human rights organizations can document abuses
  4. History has a record of what authoritarian regimes tried to hide
  5. Democratic accountability is strengthened through transparency

We document. We archive. We hold power accountable.

Methodology

OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) only

Collection is passive. If a system requires breaking in, it is outside the mission.

  • Passive reconnaissance
  • Publicly accessible data
  • No exploitation or intrusion
  • No unauthorized access
  • No active attacks
  • Legal in all jurisdictions

How the public site serves the mission

The archive you can look up

Investigations are the editorial record. The Atlas is the record by place. Host lookup is the domain register: an index of captured sites, their composition, and the investigation that documented them. Search covers all three.
