About This Data

The Direccion General de Contrainteligencia Militar (DGCIM) is Venezuela's military counterintelligence directorate, responsible for internal security operations across the armed forces. Through passive OSINT collection, ODINT researchers compiled a comprehensive personnel database spanning organizational units, geographic deployment, rank structure, and risk indicators.
